オンラインセミナーのご案内：文明学と成人発達理論〜文明の治癒と変容に向けた成人発達理論の意義の再考〜
いつも発達理論の学び舎をご覧になってくださり、どうもありがとうございます。 現在、成人発達理論の認知がひと段落し、成人発達理論の対人支援への活用や、組織開発への適用が進んでいます。しかし、成人発達理論の活用が、逆に私たちの成長の阻害につながるような結果を生んでしまったり、「成長疲れ」とでも言えるかのような精神的な疲労をもたらしてしまう現象も散見されます。 その背後には、成人発達理論を活用しようとする私たちそのものを呪縛する時代精神や時代の仕組み、とりわけネオリベラリズム（neoliberalism）と言われる思想の種々の問題点や落とし穴に対して、私たちが無自覚であることが問題として挙げられます。 今回のセミナーでは、欧州の現代思想界隈で非常に著名かつ重要な仕事をしているドイツ人の哲学者ビョンチョル・ハンの主著『疲労社会』『透明社会』を取り上げて、成人発達理論を取り巻く時代の病やシャドーに対して考察を深めていきます。 上記の2冊は課題図書となりますが、事前に目を通していただく程度で問題ございません。こちらの方で、成人発達理論と絡めた形でハンの思想を
